About SPRINTX

SprintX is a platform for startups to assist them with launching their own ICOs and with all questions associated.
Thus the developers will submit their applications for review and assessment. The accepted application will undergo Incubation process during 16weeks. The targets, milestones and project schedule will be developed for Startup team. After incubation period the Startup will make its choice in terms of the tools offered by SprintX. The created tokens from ICO will be automatically added to SwitchX. Startups will be able to convert cryptocurrencies to fiat.
All this will be possible inside of SprintX ecosystem. The functions will be divided among 3 independent platforms operating in perpetual partnership:SprintX, SwitchX and Fundacion Nova. Each of them will perform its own work.

SprintX’s functions:

Receiving, evaluation and analysis of applications of startups (including idea evaluation, market analysis)
Launching ICO for startups, providing smart contracts (standard templates easily customizable), advisory and ICO services for startups.

Fundacion Nova

Its campus will be located in Ahuachapan, El Salvador. It’s functions will be:

Performing Due Diligence and development percentage assessment for Each Startup
Providing funds for startups according to their progress in development.
Setting the objectives for startup team to develop for next step.
Managing of 16weeks incubation process

SwitchX

It will be located in Zug, Switzerland. SwitchX is expected to be a Self-Regulated Organization (SRO) with licenses on multiple banking functions including transactions from and to IBAN accounts and many others. It’s role will be:

Fiat\crypto exchanges
Integrating new ICO tokens to exchange
Sharing profits with investors and token holders.

It will have exchange, debit card service, assimilation to airdrop, adaptability to forks, hot and cold wallets and other characteristics.
The SwitchX app will let to perform all the operations with currencies directly from mobile phone.
