Investa offers a unique platform of free crypto services that work together to enable our users to manage and invest their Crypto in managed portfolio. TRANSPARENCY

InvestaCo is committed to a completely transparent process even outside of open source code. Here's another way we want to communicate transparency and community control.

Involve the accounting firm for a third-party audit, which will be publicly reported.

The founders will be limited from liquidating their Investa at a rate of more than 20% of the total pool within the first year. This is to prevent dumping and keep the token price stable. It also keeps their interests in harmony with the INV community over the long term

Reserved tournament crowdsale funds can only be accessed for other purposes, such as liquidity or community rewards. Investa price of a future token tokens event will be determined by, but not limited to, Investa's exchange rate before the occurrence of crowdsale.

Community approval will be used through intelligent contract voting based on coinholding and consensus. Votes may approve the opening of coins, changes to club membership policies, and other changes affecting the Investa community.

Minimum threshold amount will be required to solve the crowdsale token. ICO will have a series of cap level. If crowdsale does not reach the soft limit of 1 million, any funds received during the crowdsale token will be returned to the original original wallet. Assuming the soft cover is exceeded, but the hard cover 50 million tokens are not met, unsold tokens will be retained for market liquidity support. Any funds received after reaching the maximum limit of 50 million tokens will be returned to the sender's wallet.

This means that the various control functions are delegated to the authorities both internally and externally, to provide greater transparency and supervision of InvestaCoin internal work.

Our coin holders will be able to contact our core team through some redundant channels like slack, telegram, twitter, and community forums. Our consensus-based polling mechanism will ensure that democratic rules direct our core deviation teams to key chains and platform decisions, which will surely come as we expand to meet the demands of not only our future bondholders but also new customers. Due to operational control & security factors, we can not create a complete opensource codebase but will seek to involve and request community feedback on major decisions where possible.

Token Distribution

Allocation of Token

The investment tokens are intelligent contract tokens based on ERC-223 etheral compliance.

The token will be issued by Investa upon completion of the public token sale.

The holder token will be able to use Investa on the Investa platform as a means of payment for all services in our APP.

For example, Investa holders will be able to use their tokens to subscribe to Investa's crypto basket, which will take the token allocation from other ICO pre-sales, managed by our Investa manager.

Investa Holders can also place their tokens into our programs such as Enterprise and Launchpad, for loans to small businesses and other approved borrowers.

Investa tokens can also be used as a means of payment for upcoming Investa Events, such as annual crypto conferences, INV roadshows, or our mindshare forums. The show will be published in due course and Investa holders will be able to attend, after paying a ticket using the Investa token.

Finally, Investa can be used in our payment network, such as loading a prepaid debit card with funds that can be used as FIAT currency to any merchant on the Union Pay network.

Or our users can transfer Investa to other Investa users, who can then redeem it in various other currencies, such as BTC or FIAT - so we allow our users a level of financial control and flexibility that was not previously available.
